Worth, put out a sermon. Be quick about it. If you don’t put something out “Worth’s Sermons” will not appear under the categories in the sidebar. There has to be one post in a catageory for a post to appear. By the by—you can watch “Uncatagorized” to see if anything pops up there. If it does, it has been posted incorrectly. Tisk. Tisk. Tisk. HIV/AIDS Global Pandemic

HIV/AIDS is a disaster of overwhelming magnitude that has had devastating effects on populations around the world, especially with our partners in Tanzania. But there is also evidence of risk of epidemic proportions developing in countries in Central America and the Caribbean, where other BWM partners reside.

We believe that faith organizations have a crucial role to play in combating this disease, both in raising awareness and understanding, in promoting preventive strategies and in compassionately caring for those who have HIV/AIDS. As part of our vision to serve others, the Board of World Mission is committed to supporting our partner provinces as they confront the HIV/AIDS epidemic.
