The band had the pleasure playing at Creekside Terrace Monday night for a mini-concert of Advent and Christmas Chorales. Thank you to all played and Marie for directing. Please see this link for pictures from the event compliments of our roadie photographer, Jane Wynne.

Beginning (4 p.m.) and regular band (5 p.m.) practice resumes Sunday, Feb. 15. New band members are welcome. Beginning band members should contact the director, Marie Hines. The following is the tenative band playing and practice schedule for the spring.

Have you been thinking about learning to play a band instrument? Beginning Band is available for youth and adults and starts Tuesday Sept. 2nd at 6:30 pm and practice will be held in the Choir Room of Home Church. This is a service available for all Moravian churches and friends to share.

Do you recall your first prayer? Perhaps not. Your first prayer may predate your earliest memories. In Psalm 8, David considered the babbling of a child and wrote:
