Our Opening Cookout for Senior High Youth, Middle High Youth, and families will be this Sunday, August 28, from 5:00-7:00 pm! We’ll meet in the Picnic Shelter, and hamburgers, hot dogs, and drinks will be provided. Families are asked to bring a side dish or dessert to share. We’re excited about the year ahead!

Many thanks to our church’s youth, who led worship this morning! David Reagan and Carrie Jo Boudousquie delivered the sermon, “A Place for You,” and we’re grateful for everyone’s participation in leading such a meaningful worship experience. Many of our families attended a reception to celebrate this special Sunday and the end of the year.

Many thanks to Rodney Stillwell, senior chaplain for the Forsyth Jail and Prison Ministries, for leading our Funtastics program in March! He led us into a time of experiencing God through the work of a potter’s wheel.

Nine members of New Philadelphia traveled through Israel as a part of the Moravian Young Adult Convo from December 28 until January 7. Our group was among 50 Moravians from the Northern & Southern Provinces who experienced this journey.

Many thanks to everyone who attended or helped with Sunday’s Baked Potato & Salad Luncheon! The meal was wonderful, and funds were raised to support our seven college students who are attending the Moravian Young Adult Convo in the Holy Land next month. This event will bring together 48 young people from the Northern & Southern Provinces for a journey through Jerusalem, Bethlehem, and other parts of Israel at the end of December. Thank you!
