Introduction

New Philadelphia Moravian Preschool has entered our third decade of operation. More than 200 of the world’s greatest children fill the halls with laughter and joy each year. The Preschool offers a developmentally appropriate preschool program serving children from three months to five years of age. Our goal is to provide a positive and enriching experience for every child in a loving Christian environment. We accomplish this by planning meaningful curriculum which encourages children to learn through discovery and hands on experiences. Daily activities include center play,circle time, instruction time, once a week classes with the art specialist and the music/dramatic arts specialist, twice monthly Spanish instruction with a native speaker, chapel, snack, and outdoor play.

• Preschool Programs for Infants, Toddlers, 2, 3 and 4 Year Olds
• A Pre-K Readiness Program for 5 Year Olds
• Lunch Bunch Offered Until 1:00 PM Daily
• A Discovery Day Camp Program
• Volunteer Parent Organization, “Parent Pals”
• Classes with Art, Music, and Spanish Teachers
• Children’s Chapel
• Christian Education

Inclement Weather Policy

We follow the WS/FC school system regarding any bad weather closings.   Please see below:

• When the WS/FC schools are closed, the preschool is closed.
• When schools are delayed one or two hours, regular school hours are  from 10:00-12:00.  Lunch bunch will be offered from 12:00-1:00.
• Unloading will begin at 10:00 on these days.
