Get involved in our Worship + 2 Ministry!
We appreciate so much your faithful worship attendance at New Philadelphia Moravian Church! We are praying that as a member you will consider doing the following things:
- Find a place in our church where you are growing spiritually, through Sunday school, small group ministries and other fellowship groups.
- Find a place in our church or in the community where you are being empowered to serve others in some way.
If you are looking for a place to get involved at New Philadelphia there are several areas of opportunity. Please review the list below and contact Paula in the church office. if you are interested in helping with these ministries:
Open Door Lunch Volunteers… we need people to help with cooking the meals, providing desserts, make sugar cake, serve, and help with clean up*
Library Volunteers….help is needed keeping our library organized so everyone can fi nd materials easily.*
Nursery Volunteers….our nursery is growing and we need two people in each of the 3 nurseries. Help is need in both services.*
Children’s Rotation Sunday School…..we are looking for teachers for the upcoming year. The rotational Sunday School model teaches a bible story for a 5 week time period. The children rotate different stations each week which include cooking, games, music, storytelling, science and art. The curriculum has everything you need and we are only asking for a 5 week commitment. This is a great way to get involved and to get to know the children in the church.*
Kids of Faith Worship….this is an interactive worship experience for children ages 1st – 5th grade. We meet once a month and are looking for volunteers to lead this program. A theme and suggestions are provided for the leaders each
