How GOOD, Lord, To Be HERE!

That’s one of the hymns that we will sing at New Philly this Sunday, February 27 and I know it will be true.

It will be GOOD to be with our sisters and brothers (and Jesus!) in worship.

What to expect:

  • A beautiful band prelude (inside the sanctuary!)
  • Bells of Joy!
  • “Days of Elijah!”
  • “What Brought Us Together?” (We’ll sing this Moravian hymn and the children will help us find the answer to the question it raises!)
  • Fervent prayer!
  • Finding Jesus and SEEING Jesus on the mountaintop AND down in the Valley (a reflection on Luke 9:28 – 43)
  • A glorious anthem written by Henry Purcell in the 1600’s!
  • “Open The Eyes Of My Heart, Lord!”

So, don’t miss it! Come find out how GOOD it is to be HERE (and you might be surprised to discover where HERE is!).
