From I-40W: Merge onto US-421 N via Exit 188 toward Yadkinville/ Wilkesboro, Take the Jonestown Road Exit239. Turn RIGHT onto Jonestown Road, Turn RIGHT onto Country Club Road. From Clemmons or Lewisville: Take 421 to Jonestown Road, Exit RIGHT, Turn LEFT, proceed to Country Club Road, turn RIGHT, go three blocks NPMC is on the RIGHT.
